I  want to sum up few of the things mentioned in class, just so that I make sure that everybody is on the same page:

1. Write 2 other posts on your blog, print them and bring them on Monday. For one of the 2 posts, I’d like you to write about your experience on the course so far (write about your learning routine, about friends you’ve made on the course, about the trips provided, what did you like and what you weren’t keen on, etc). The other topic is your choice.

2. Read the 2 articles given and write a summary for each (50 words long- for each). Then, based on what you have read, write another 150 words on how has the natural environment changed around the world and in your country. For instance, describe an impressive natural park/garden/river (any feature) and explain how has it changed over the years. Also, extract 5 unknown words and define them in English.

3. Fill in the “weather” handout and answer in writing to one of the “speaking” questions. (150 words)

4. Don’t forge to finish adding the missing homework to your folders. Those we’ll be checked again on Monday, which is the final deadline.

5. Revise vocabulary and IELTS speaking topics. You can find a lot of example if you google “IELTS speaking topics”. You might find it useful to practice with a classmate.

These are some of the few last hurdles. You can do it!
